A Church Centuries in the Making
Community Baptist Church exists from the desire to bring the gospel to the Clearfield County area. Our history dates back to 1998, when a group of families founded a church in Bloomington, Pennsylvania. We are a fundamental, Bible-believing Baptist church. That means that we directly follow the Bible and basic doctrines of the Christian faith. About 200 people worship at Community Baptist.

Though we are a relatively young assembly, our church has enjoyed a rich history that gives testimony to the faithfulness of God.
We exist today only by His grace. Our mission is to glorify God by helping people know, love, obey, share and exalt Jesus Christ.
It has been a privilege for me to serve with this remarkable group of people since 2003. The many trials and triumphs have bound us
together. Together we have laughed and cried, grieved and rejoiced. But more importantly, we have grown in grace.
